1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the myk2ss platform, including the website located at https://myk2ss.cam, all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and any services offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by myk2ss ("we", "us", "our", "the Company").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you ("User", "Player", "you") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, understood their content, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means a registered user account on the myk2ss Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money balance held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or incentive amount credited to an Account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to authenticate a Player's identity and confirm their eligibility.
• "Platform" means the myk2ss website, services, games, betting markets, and any associated digital products.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, located in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is unlawful, or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must bet before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become withdrawable.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency supported on the Platform.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the myk2ss Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. myk2ss strictly prohibits gambling by individuals under the age of 21.
2. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
3. You must be a natural human person. Registrations by automated systems, bots, or on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of myk2ss, its affiliates, or any game content providers whose products appear on the Platform.
5. You must not have previously had an Account terminated or suspended by myk2ss for a violation of these Terms.
6. You must be of sound mind and acting of your own free will, without coercion or undue influence from any third party.

4. Account Registration

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Multiple accounts registered by the same person — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, different device identifiers, or different names — are strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and keep that information up to date at all times. myk2ss reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of any information provided, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method ownership documentation.

4.2 KYC Verification

All Accounts are subject to KYC verification prior to first withdrawal, and at any time thereafter at myk2ss's discretion. Documents typically requested include a copy of your Malaysian MyKad or passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and proof of ownership of any payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet account showing your registered name). Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. myk2ss will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security measures. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify myk2ss immediately via the support email listed in Section 16.

5. Terms of Use

By using the myk2ss Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge that:

• The Platform is intended for entertainment only, and myk2ss does not guarantee any winnings or profits.
• All gambling activities carry a risk of financial loss, and you accept that risk fully and willingly before placing any wager.
• The odds, game rules, and payout structures for all products are as displayed on the Platform at the time of your wager and are final.
• myk2ss reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, as a result of a technical malfunction, or in connection with any prohibited conduct.
• You will not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

myk2ss accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank), and selected cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin BTC, Ethereum ETH, Tether USDT TRC20). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. All deposit transactions are subject to anti-fraud screening. myk2ss reserves the right to reject any deposit that does not pass our security verification.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder, consistent with the KYC information on file. myk2ss does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances. Processing times vary by method: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes; bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow within 5–60 minutes; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 15–60 minutes. These are indicative timeframes only and may vary during periods of high demand.

6.3 Currency

The primary operating currency of the Platform is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation. myk2ss is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit initiation and confirmation.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and loyalty rewards offered by myk2ss are subject to specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion. In all cases, the following general bonus terms apply:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible Account holders who have completed the minimum required deposit as specified in the promotion details.
• Wagering requirements (also known as rollover requirements) must be fully completed before any bonus-derived winnings become available for withdrawal. myk2ss promotions generally carry wagering requirements of x10 to x20 of the bonus amount.
• During any active bonus, the maximum permitted single bet or spin is typically capped at MYR 250 to MYR 500 as specified in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this cap while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonuses are time-limited. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the validity window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days as specified) will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited automatically.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• myk2ss reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice if it is determined that abuse has occurred or that these Terms have been violated.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Account, per household, and per IP address.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the myk2ss Platform are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed, modified, or cancelled by the Player after submission. The specific rules for each game category — including but not limited to sports betting (Asian Handicap, Mix Parlay, Over/Under), live casino, slots, lottery, and arcade games — are governed by the rules displayed within each respective game or betting market on the Platform.

8.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are available for a wide range of competitions including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, the AFF Cup, World Cup qualifiers, and UFC events. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a wager is confirmed. In-play (live) betting odds update in real time and the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are final. myk2ss reserves the right to suspend any market, void any bet, or settle any event in accordance with our sports betting rules in the event of a clear error, postponement, or abandonment.

8.2 Casino & Slots

All casino games and slot games are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and represent long-term statistical averages — individual session results may vary significantly. myk2ss is not liable for game interruptions caused by internet disconnection on the Player's side.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, termination, and potential forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-Account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform with funds derived from unlawful activity, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.
• Exploiting any error, malfunction, or technical vulnerability in the Platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in any manner.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or cooperative play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through bonus arbitrage, multi-accounting, or any strategy designed to extract value from promotional offers without genuine play intent.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is expressly prohibited by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the myk2ss Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, trade names, software, text, images, graphics, game designs, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of myk2ss or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes as permitted by these Terms. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of myk2ss.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, myk2ss, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred from betting or gaming activity on the Platform;
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain adequate security;
• Technical errors, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control;
• Reliance on any information published on the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, myk2ss's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Suspension & Termination

myk2ss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms;
• Your Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful purposes;
• Your continued use of the Platform poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to myk2ss;
• You have requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling Policy;
• A chargeback or fraudulent payment dispute has been initiated against a myk2ss transaction.

Upon termination for cause, myk2ss reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is at your own request and no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method following completion of KYC verification.

13. Responsible Gambling

myk2ss is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help Players maintain control of their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly from your Account settings panel.

The myk2ss Platform is for entertainment purposes only. Gambling should never be used as a means to address financial hardship. 14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which myk2ss holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunals of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall limit myk2ss's right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

15. Amendments

myk2ss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will notify registered Account holders by email at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, where practicable. Minor amendments may be made without advance notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page with the "last updated" date clearly indicated. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
